Honouring Darcy Miller
We are very privileged to have had the opportunity to have Darcy Miller in our lives. There is now a hole in our community that will never be filled. Thank you Ian Wishart for taking time to pay tribute to Darcy. And thank you Darcy for your many contributions to PDGH Foundation
Ian Wishart recognizes the Portage & District Hospital Foundation
The purpose of the foundation is to raise funds through organizing and executing fundraising campaigns and general donations. The funds are then delegated to the appropriate departments to purchase medical equipment and other assets to help make patients’ visits as effective and comfortable as possible, as well as increase services.
The Portage District General Hospital Foundation only exists through the generous donations of our supporters and many volunteers. We thank you for your kind donations. It is you who have a direct impact on the lives of the individuals and family and friends of those who are treated and cared for with the help of the equipment and tools you help fund. Every time you donate, you help heal real people, provide comfort and peace during difficult times, and create hope in the face of adversity. For every life you touch through your donation, we say a heartfelt Thank you!
